It is with great pleasure that I do this write up to celebrate our Employee of the Month for April–Rachael Savoie.

Rachael joined the Elder Law of Michigan team in 2013 and now serves as the Office Manager.  She has over 11 years of administrative experience. Prior to joining ELM, she was a Purchasing Coordinator assisting clients with all documentation processes for getting wheelchairs, walkers, and custom medical equipment.

As a member of ELM, she has been instrumental in several projects.  Rachael is an outstanding employee who has a high degree of commitment, flexibility, and professional conduct.  She has gone above and beyond, time and again, to provide significant support to ELM during our financial audits.  She has been instrumental to our success in maintaining and organizing the necessary documents for the audits.  Her exemplary team spirit was always at the forefront during all the planning and procuring of the materials.

Rachael is a great employee and always makes ELM look good.  She has a positive attitude and demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally.  Rachael’s dedication to helping others is authentic and she leaves a lasting positive impression.  Rachael truly embodies ELM’s core values, and I am so proud to nominate her to be recognized as Employee of the Month.
