New year, New beginnings. As we start 2016 with our new Staff Spotlight series, I cannot think of a staff member other than Alexis Ringman to start off the new series. Alexis Ringman is deserving of the recognition.  Alexis is a Project Administrator at Elder Law of Michigan, and has been a member of the ELM team since December 2012.

Alexis is an incredibly dedicated and driven professional. She has stellar time management and organizational skills, which make her efficient and successful in her work. Alexis has a good rapport with staff and always seeks ways to assist other staff members. She is committed is her ability to assist others in advancing their knowledge and expertise. She works diligently to provide staff with the tools necessary to complete their job duties.

Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. Prior to joining the Elder Law of Michigan team, Alexis served as an AmeriCorps State Member at Mid-Michigan Environmental Action Council and as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at Elder Law of Michigan. Alexis plans to attend law school in the near future.

Without a doubt, I know you will join me in congratulating Alexis as the first Staff Spotlight honoree as a way to recognize her unwavering professionalism and her team player attitude as she performs her job duties.
