Report suspicions of abuse or neglect as soon as possible!

Making a report in instances of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation is the right thing to do. Programs such as Adult Protective Services (APS) and the Long-Term Care Ombudsman are here to help.

Report suspected abuse or neglect in the community setting call: 

Adult Protective Services at 1-855-444-3911

24 hours /day 7 days a week

 

Report suspected abuse or neglect in long-term care facilities call : 

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman, LTCO 1-906-280-0653

 

Reports may also be made to ANY local law enforcement agency:

  • For serious and immediate emergencies
  • CALL 9-1-1
