NASUAD Asks for Congressional Action on Elder Justice Act

The Executive Director of the National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities, Martha Roherty, wrote a letter to the editor of the Washington Post imploring Congress to pass the Elder Justice Act. The letter was written in response to a Washington Post article published on August 4th regarding the abuse, fraud, and isolation that a Virginia senior faced from the people she trusted most.
