2018 Pre-Conference Session: Running a Hotline is more than answering the phone: A Collaborative Workshop.
Team members of the Center for Elder Rights Advocacy (CERA) are participating in the 2018 Equal Justice Conference being held in San Diego, California.
CERA is participating as presenter and organizer of the pre-conference session scheduled for today, Wednesday, May 9, 2018. The pre-conference is on Running a Hotline is more than answering the phone: A Collaborative Workshop. The workshop provides an opportunity for managers from diverse types of hotlines to collaborate and start constructive discussions on best practices and policies for hotlines.
