We all know eating healthy is important, but many people often struggle with creating weekly meals that are affordable, yet still delicious.
A graduate from NYU has developed a cookbook filled with recipes that fall within a SNAP participants average budget, but without skimping on flavor or good ingredients. The beautiful cookbook is currently free online in PDF format, but is also part of a kickstarter campaign in hopes of raising enough money to print the cookbooks and put them in the hands of those who need them.
